Fig. 2. Expression profiles of eight selected TDFs revealed by cDNA-AFLP in heat-tolerant (XN0437T) and heat-sensitive (XN0437S) rice lines. Rice caryopses were sampled from both XN0437T and XN0437S after 3, 6, 9, 24, 48, and 72 h of high-temperature stress. Differential expression profiles were analyzed using cDNA-AFLP. The transcript derived fragments (TDFs) showed different expression profiles between XN0437T and XN0437S at two or more points in time.
