1) First Divorced:-Full name: Phung

1) First Divorced:
-Full name: Phung Nguyen Kim (DOB: April 19,1979. Place of birth: Ben Tre, Vietnam).

-We were in love in the middle of May 1996 when we worked in the same Taiwanese garment company, in Thu Duc district, Viet Nam. My job as a security guard of the factory while she was a sewing worker here.

-We were married on 17 December 1997. We got a daughter then, named Vy Tran Ngoc(date of birth 28 March 1999).

-In September 2001, we and our daughter immigrated to the US of America with my whole family including my six siblings.

-The first time we immigrated to the America, we had to face with many difficulties, so we and our daughter lived in my parent's house.

-In February 2004 , I bought a private house and moved to there with my wife and daughter.

-Since coming to the US, her personality completely changed. She was always compared, rivalry, jealousy, criticized me for not good at making money as the other guys. How could I meet her expectations immediately while I had just immigrated to the US.

-After the heated arguments, we absolutely disagreed with point of view to each other.

-Our marriage was not happy, dissent and prolonged conflict. And culminating in June 2007 when I went home after work, I found out she took her boy friend home.

-I felt our marriage was like a hell during that time, so I left home and moved to live in my parents home. Also, I filed for a divorce to her.

-On 13 March 2008, Cameron County Court, Philadelphia, PA has decided to approve for our divorce ( pls see Exhibit - the Divorce Judgement)

2) Second Divorced:
- Fullname: Gam Le Thi Hong (DOB: 12 February 1986).

-Through the recommendation of my cousin, I got to know Gam in early 2010.

-After a period of time to know each other over the phone, I felt a great affection for Gam, so I decided to marry her. In May 2010, I returned to Vietnam to get married to her. I got the marriage registration at the Justice Department of Ben Tre Province on June 12, 2010.

-After that, I returned to the US to continue to my pending work and filed a petition for my wife.

-After my return to America, I was always interested in her. I called her frequently and sent the money for caring her life so that she felt to be loved by me and waited for me.

-I asked her to stay at home, not go out and hang out with friends anymore, despite what I said, she still ignored all my advice. At that time, I called back to her but she did not pick up my phone call. Once, I was extremely amazed and bewildered by the strange voice of a man picked up the phone when I called her. Then, I asked her for a satisfactory explanation of the relationship between this guy and her.

-By her unclear answers and ambiguous attitude made me more skeptical about her feeling for me and did not believe in her again .

-Our marriage was getting worse while she's still indifferent as if nothing happens. She still hang out with her friends for fun.

-It's hard for me to bare for the frequent recurrence of her mistakes while she absolutely did not want to change herself.

-The more I thought about my future life with a wife who was unfaithful ,superficial character, childish, and so giddy, the more depressed I became and determined to divorce her.

-Our marriage was legally dissolved on January 10, 2014 by the superior court of Pennsylvania, county of Cameron, after more than a year long of court battle; I can not keep tract of her current adress.
