e. Nitto shall allocate the Allocated Expenses to each “Related Party Group” to the foreign related parties within each “Related Party Group”. Nitto shall use the average of the following allocation standards.
1. Personnel costs ratio – the ratio of the Company’s personnel costs to the total personnel costs of the”Related Party Group”.
2. Total assets ratio– the ratio of the Company’s assets to the total assets of the”Related Party Group”.
These allocation standards are not weighted . For example, the allocation standard of personnel costs that is applied to the Company is as follows;
(Personnel costs of the Company / Total personnel costs of the”Related Party Group” × (1/2))

e. Nitto trách nhiệm phân bổ các khoản chi phí phân bổ cho mỗi "Đảng Nhóm liên quan" cho các bên liên quan nước ngoài trong mỗi "Đảng Nhóm có liên quan". Nitto sẽ sử dụng trung bình của các tiêu chuẩn phân bổ như sau.
1. Cán chi phí tỷ lệ - tỷ lệ nhân sự của Công ty chi phí để chi phí tổng số nhân viên của "Đảng Nhóm có liên quan".
2. Tổng tài sản ratio- tỉ lệ tài sản của Công ty với tổng tài sản của "Đảng Nhóm có liên quan".
Các tiêu chuẩn phân bổ không được trọng. Ví dụ, tiêu chuẩn phân bổ chi phí nhân sự được áp dụng cho Công ty như sau;
