Included in blueprinting is cleaning the rough cast out of the ports, and matching akk gaskets so they don’t overlap the ports. The transfer ports must be matched to the crankcase. The carbure should coincide with the mounting flange and inlet port. Anything the manufacturer has not done (presumably to cut cots), you should do.
