SAFETY INSTRUCTION
Please obey the following instructions
1. Before machine turns on, please press alarm to notice persons nearby, and check if somebody is dealing with the machine condition, make sure persons leave machine away before machine turns on.
2. Don’t do any dangerous movement while running machine, such as: clean up the the unnecessary articles on printing plate and machine, apply oil on gears. The above movements are not allowed the operators do while running machine, it must do it after stop running machine.
3. The operators are not allowed play pranks and take regardless.
4. Putting unnecessary articles or tools on machine is not allowed.
5. Operators should operate refer to standard process and do the maintenance correctly. It will enlarge the lifetime and make sure the safety of operators.
Daily maintenance.:
1. Oil feeder: Pull once to fill with oil in the morning, at midday and at night. 3/16” and ¼” oil cup is filled with oil every morning, and keep the machine clean.
2. Check if the lubrication oil on each gear is sufficient or not.
3. Oil cup and oil mirror is filled with oil every morning, and keep the machine clean.
4. Daily duty- off:
4.1 Clean up oil ink and glue every day ( include: ink roller, ink trough, printing windlass, rubber roller, printing plate and glue trough).
4.2 Clean up oil and glue pump at present day and clean up the surroundings of the machine and also clean away the unnecessary articles over the machine.
4.3 For glue pump and printing ink pump, using clean water to clean the glue or water- base ink that blocked in the pump. If it is oil- base ink, please use solvent to clearn up.
Weekly maintenance:
1. Check if it needs to fill with lubrication oil on each gear or not.
2. Check if the engine oil of gear box reduces or not. If it has been reduced, please le oil mirror fill with engine oil ( Gear box of cutting unit * 1 set & Gear box of printing * 3 sets).
3. Check if the screws at each part are loose or not, and then lock them tightly.
4. Please chec weekly if chain and convey or elasticity is normal or not.
Monthy maintenance:
1. Check if each gear or other parts have damage or not, it will cause the clearance become bigger and affect the quality of bags. If the clearance is too big, please exchange it.
2. Using grease gun to fill with oil over all bearnings.
