Greetings! I hope this email finds

Greetings!

I hope this email finds you well.

I wanted to offer an update on the Vancouver visit preparations:
1) Visiting KGGH physicians’ CV have been submitted to the BC College of Physicians. You should be receiving a link to an application shortly. This application, if approved as we hope, will grant you permission to visit BC Children’s Hospital. As soon as you receive the link to the application, please let me know so that we can help you complete the necessary materials.

2) Enclosed is the letter for Dr. Hue, inviting all of you to visit BC Children’s Hospital. Please share this letter with Dr. Hue and let me know if there are any additional letters or documents we should supply to KGGH administration regarding this visit.

3) Also enclosed, is the Volunteer Contact Sheet. Please complete this document by Monday, April 27. We will use this information to book your flights and hotels in Vancouver.

4) For your Canadian visa, you will need to provide a Digital Photo. For details please see here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/applications/photospecs.asp Please email me your photo by no later than next Wednesday, April 29.

In the next couple of days, I will be working on updating your Canadian visa applications based on the forms you have completed while we were in Rach Gia. Please send us the necessary documents highlighted in yellow before as soon as possible so that we can proceed with submitting your visa application.

Costs: Please note that fees for the BC College of Physicians and the filing fees for the Canadian visa will be covered by Children’s HeartLink. Children’s HeartLink will also cover the costs of airfare, hotel accommodation & food, transportation, and interpretation during this visit. Additional expenses that you will incur in your visa application process (travel to HCMC for biometrics and medical visit) will be reimbursed to you when you visit Vancouver.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Best regards,

Adriana
