l. We guarantee you that we will faithfully fulfill the below obligations.
a. We comply rvith EU RoIIS guideline 20lll65Bu regarding the raw materials and
subsidiary materials that rve supply tc you.
b. Wb have read,,rour "Green Purchasing Standaxls", and we rvill comply with it.
c. Our documents and data in relation to our supplir to,vou are comect and true.
2. We rvill take tull responsibility for any larvsuits or disputes caused by failure to carry
out our duties which we guaranteed in No. 1. In addition-
ye guarantee that we rvill
be responsible for all iegal costs,.iudgments, orders and any other losses including
attorney's fees regarding such issues.
3. The efltct of this Warrantv shali be valid from 08108/2016 to {J7l08l')077 ,
and it shall be automatically renewed unless either of the parties show any different
intenlions 1(one) month prior to the termination date. The effect of this Warranty shail
survive any termination rvith regard to products or serices provided under this
Warranty even after this Waranty is terminated.
(The valid period of this Warranty shall be I year, Automatic renew)
4" Any disputes related to this Warranh. shall be resolved and settled by arbitration in
Seoul, Republic of Korea. The process of arbitration shall follow the Commercial
Arbitration Rules of Korean Commercial Arbitration Roard. The decision of the
arhitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, our Company and Samsung
Electro-Mechanics.
