UNILEAD – Southeast Asia 2015
Course Dates:
E-Learning Module I: May 11th – August 8th
Contact Phase I: August 8th-21st, HCMC, Vietnam
Contact Phase II: December 7th-11th, tbd, Vietnam
The objective of UNILEAD Southeast Asia 2015 is to enable young management-level professionals at higher education institutions in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar to tackle successfully every-day challenges. In order to so, the programme brings together the topics Project Management, Quality Management and Program Development including Curriculum Design with individual and practice-oriented change projects of each participant.
Potential participants are higher education managers from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
Selection criteria are that participants:
•Participants should not be older than 40 years.
•They are working in leading positions within mid-level management of the academic structure of a university. Teaching experiences are mandatory.
•They have at least two to five years of managerial experience in one of the following fields:
o Directors and Vice Directors of academic centres (Testing and Evaluation, Quality Assurance, Training Centres, Continuing Education, online-Learning, Academic Affairs etc.)
o Deans, Vice-Deans and Heads of academic departments
o Task force managers for university reform projects in domains relevant for the course content.
o Managers of staff development units or programmes.
•They hold at least a Master’s degree.
•Their projects should be well coordinated and highly endorsed by their universities in accordance to the strategic plan of these institutions.
•Active and excellent English language skills (speaking and writing) are indispensable.
30 participants will be selected and applicants will be given a final decision by beginning of April 2015.
The costs for this training course will be mainly covered by funds of the DAAD provided by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) (international travel expenses, accommodation and meals, course expenses).Participants’ home institutions are expected to cover local transportation in their home countries, visa costs, emergency health insurance and possible additional per diems for the stay in HCMC.
Deadline for applications is March 13th 2015

Để vì vậy, chương trình tập hợp các chủ đề quản lý dự án, quản lý chất lượng và chương trình phát triển bao gồm thiết kế chương trình giảng dạy với thay đổi cá nhân và theo định hướng thực hành các dự án của mỗi người tham gia. Những người tham gia tiềm năng là người quản lý giáo dục từ Việt Nam, Lào, Campuchia và Myanmar.Tiêu chí lựa chọn là rằng những người tham gia:•Participants không phải là lớn tuổi hơn 40 năm.•They đang làm việc ở các vị trí hàng đầu trong quản lý cấp trung học cấu trúc của một trường đại học. Kinh nghiệm giảng dạy là bắt buộc.•They có ít nhất 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý trong một trong các lĩnh vực sau đây:o giám đốc và Phó giám đốc của Trung tâm học tập (thử nghiệm và đánh giá, đảm bảo chất lượng, đào tạo, giáo dục thường xuyên, học trực tuyến, học giao vv)o Deans, Phó trưởng khoa và người đứng đầu của khoa họco lực lượng đặc nhiệm quản lý cho các dự án cải cách trường đại học trong lĩnh vực có liên quan về nội dung khóa học.o quản lý nhân viên phát triển đơn vị hoặc chương trình.•They giữ ít nhất một Thạc sĩ của.•Their dự án sẽ được cũng phối hợp và đánh giá cao sự công nhận của trường đại học của họ phù hợp với kế hoạch chiến lược của các trường này.•Active và kỹ năng tuyệt vời ngôn ngữ tiếng Anh (nói và viết) là không thể thiếu.30 người tham gia sẽ được lựa chọn và ứng viên sẽ được đưa ra một quyết định cuối cùng của đầu của tháng năm 2015.
