Today’s HOD meeting minutes is as below, 1. Each dept the team leaders pls recheck and make your 2014 performance &2015 target of team to be measureable by figure. Deadline to submit to July is this week before Friday.2. HOD meeting pls bring the pending issues& trouble cases & plans for coming week that you and your teammate now are following up.3. Each team leader is as model for your teammates so I will mandate u more seriously. Each team leader will get total100 points during 52 weeks. If any mistakes made by team leader then I will deduct the point(maximum 2 points per W).
