My name is Darie Ilies, I am the Work Experience Coordinator at ISHCMC.
Thank you very much for accepting one or more ISHCMC students as interns in your company during the coming June 8th – June 12th period. This experience will greatly benefit out students and by extension the local community.
The student(s) have now returned to the school signed documents pertaining to arrangements made with your company and are now ready to join your company next week on Monday morning.
As part of the ISHCMC Child Protection Policy we are kindly asking you to sign and return to us the attached Child Protection Statement that lists the fundamental principles that should guide our student(s) internship with your company. I would appreciate if you could return this document by email with a signature or acknowledgement of acceptance.
As part of ensuring our students are committed to working and learning in your company, during next week, an ISHCMC teacher will be visiting the location where the students are working. This is meant to be a brief and unobtrusive visit that will allow us to assess the level of involvement exhibited by the student and their progress towards achieving the learning goals of the week. Please let me know if there are any potential issues with this suggested arrangement.
Thank you again for your involvement in the ISHCMC Work Experience Program. We sincerely hope we can continue this partnership in the years to come for our mutual benefit.
