The bidding documents shall be rejected in case meeting one of the following requirements of eligibility:
+ The bidder does not submit the original;
+ The application for bidding (form of tender) is not eligible;
+ The bidding document's validity period is shorter than required by the Bid Invitation;
+ Lack of Bid Bond, or Bid Bond does not comply with the requirements provided in Clause 2, Point 15, Chapter I;

Các hồ sơ mời thầu sẽ bị loại bỏ trong cuộc họp trường hợp một trong các yêu cầu sau đây đủ điều kiện:
+ Nhà thầu không nộp bản gốc;
+ Các ứng dụng cho đấu thầu (hình thức đấu thầu) không đủ điều kiện;
+ thời hạn hiệu lực của hồ sơ mời thầu là ngắn hơn so với yêu cầu bởi Lời mời thầu;
+ Thiếu Bond thầu, hoặc trái phiếu đấu thầu không tuân thủ các yêu cầu quy định tại khoản 2, điểm 15, Chương I;
