Instructions filling in the Questionnaire:
For each question you need to provide two answers:
EXISTING > Choose per question one answer out of the decribed four situations which are in your opinion related to your organization at the moment, choose for A,B,C or D
PREFERRED > Choose per question one answer out of the four described situations which are in your opinion preferred are in the future for your organization, choose for A,B,C or D

When you populated all the answers, you can consolidate per category total answers A, total answers B ect.

**For a good diagonse it's important to gather suficient questionnairs within your organization.

Compairing the 4 typologies:
A. Power culture
B. Role Culture
C. Task Culture
D. Person Culture

The most organizations have a mix of 2 culture typologies:
In administrative, policy-orientated organizations is rather a combination of the Power culture and the Role culture.
In administrative and executive organizations is often a combination of the Role culture and the Task culture.
In IT companies is often a combination of the Task culture and the Person culture.
At Universities it is often a combination of the Power culture and the Person Culture.
