RE: APPOINTMENT TO POSITION OF CUSTOMS COORDINATOR

We are pleased to offer you the appointment as Customs Coordinator of CJ korea express
Freight Vietnam Co., Ltd., on the terms hereunder:

1. Commencement Sep 3rd, 2015

2. Salary VND 5,500,000 (Gross)/ month
Salary in probation time VND 5,000,000 (Gross)/ month

3. Probation Period Two (2) months.

4. Bonus Based on performance of CJ korea express Freight
Vietnam Co., Ltd.

5. Health Insurance The Company will contribute 3% of your basic salary
towards the Health Insurance Fund, after confirmation.

6. Social Insurance The Company will contribute 18% of your basic salary
towards the Social Insurance Fund, after confirmation.

7. Unemployment Insurance The Company will contribute 1% of your basic salary
towards the Unemployment Insurance Fund, after
confirmation.

8. Working Hours
+ Ho Chi Minh City Office Monday to Friday
8.00 am – 5.00 pm; 12.00 am – 1 pm (Lunch Break)
Saturday
8.00 am – 12.00 pm
+ Hanoi Office Monday to Friday
8.00 am – 5.00 pm; 12.00 am – 1 pm (Lunch Break)
Saturday
8.00 am – 12.00 pm
+ Warehouse: Bac Ninh/ Hung Yen/ Hai Phong/ Binh Duong, Dist. 7…
Monday to Saturday
8.00 am – 5.00 pm; 12.00 am – 1 pm (Lunch Break)
Notes:
1) Employees will not be entitled to overtime calculation for the term of 1pm to
5pm on Saturday.

9. Working days 26 days per month

10. Annual Leave 12 days entitlement for a year of service.

11. Notice of Termination as followed by labor law

OR as when the company determined to relocate the
place of conducting the business.

13. Income Tax The Company will pay the income tax on your behalf to
the Tax Authority in Vietnam.

14. Rights of the employer The Company has the rights to assign, transfer, amend,
suspend and terminate the, work from the employee if
misconduct has occurred. Employer reserved the right to
assign ad hoc job without prior notice.

15. Benefits Any entitlement will be on management discretion.
Outstation allowances claimable inclusive
accommodation, transportation and meals are on case to
case basis.
Meal allowance: VND 600,000 per head/month
Cell phone fee: VND300,000 per head/month
Transport fee: VND 600,000 per head/month
Parking fee: VND 600,000 per head/month


16. Confidentiality During the period of employment, all company issue
should be treated as private & confidential.

17. General The whole or any part or parts of these Terms and
Conditions may be varied at any time by mutual
agreement between the Company and the Employee.

18. Others For any terms and conditions of service not specifically
mentioned herein, the standard terms and conditions of
the Company shall apply.
