The Buyer shall open a 100% confirm

The Buyer shall open a 100% confirmed, irrevocable, divisible and negotiable letter of credit in favor of the Seller within 5 calendar days from date of the agreement through the issuing Bank. The letter of credit shall be drawn against draft at sight upon presentation of the following documents:
full set of the Seller's Commerical Invoice
full set of clean, blank, endorsed Bill of Lading
inspection Certificate of Quality and Quantity

Bên mua sẽ mở một 100% khẳng định, không thể thu hồi, chia hết và thương lượng thư tín dụng có lợi cho người bán trong vòng 5 ngày kể từ ngày thỏa thuận thông qua Ngân hàng phát hành. Các thư tín dụng sẽ được rút ra đối với dự thảo ngay khi xuất trình các giấy tờ sau:
tập hợp đầy đủ của người bán Thương Mại Hóa đơn
đầy đủ bộ trong sạch, trống, tán Bill of Lading
Giấy chứng nhận kiểm tra chất lượng và số lượng
