• The solution of Haidang’s self -r

• The solution of Haidang’s self -reasearch, test and process including self-design and manufacture of some auxilinary equipments/ coordinating and programming the control / management software.
• The operation system bases on the radio transmission of MF/ HF frequency band. The system has one or multiple shore station and ship station. The ship in the system needs to be equipped with MF/HF radio transceiver connecting to GPS.
• The system is operated by method of selective number calling DSC (Digital Selective Calling). Therefore it’s suitable for international standard and equipments of different manufacturers, specially, assures to transfer the signal (including the signal of ship‘s position) farthest and stablest.
• The system meets the main demands:
- Acknowledging ship’s position because ship automatically informs shore station or once receives the request of shore station.
- Ship must receive important news (storm annoucement, direction of storm avoidance, receiving instruction for safe shelter…)
- Ship can tranfer and receive rescue information in order to be rescued and take part in rescue, suiting to international regulation - GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System)
- Normal communication
- Satisfying for specialized management
 Having ship controlling software, Electronic Chart Display and Information System to show ship’s intuitive position.
 Connecting shore station to each other and transmitting ship’s signal (including information of position) from shore station to National Operation Center.

• Các giải pháp tự -reasearch, thử nghiệm và quá trình của haidang bao gồm cả tự thiết kế và sản xuất một số thiết bị auxilinary / điều phối và lập trình các phần mềm điều khiển / quản lý.
• Các cơ sở hệ thống hoạt động trên các đài phát thanh truyền của ban nhạc MF / HF tần số. Hệ thống này có một hoặc nhiều trạm bờ và ga tàu. Các tàu trong hệ thống cần phải được trang bị MF / HF thu phát vô tuyến kết nối với GPS.
