The Hue Brewery is developing in some certain section especially the Huda Beer, the company reputation is representing for goals, objectives, so that the company could concentrate more and more on the strategic vision of the company.
The first stage of analyzing process is we focus on the current scenario of Hue Brewery; all of the products from Hue Brewery have archived the customer basic requirements and needs. However, the certain problems in the level of organization still be the complicate of the structure. The informative system also is lacking based on the current market.
The organizational problems could be considered as the functional platform, so that the process of commutating within the company could be limited, for example: the capable of co-operation within the organization is very limited, so that it causes the lack of information form its own market, lack of strategic information about the competition, the market pressure of other products.
Before planning the whole new process, it requires the co-coordinating form every business functions in Hue Brewery, so board of management, the line manager and the CEO should be concerned very carefully about the planning procedure, so that they could avoid the mistakes that might happen, and provide the ideas which will be very value to help the plan being appropriate with the situation and the core values of the organization.
