As implied in the title, the study only focuses on measures to enhance competitiveness of Vinamilk in the domestic market. It, therefore, narrows the scope of study. To compete in the global market. Operation of the whole sector is no more than an overview and the mention of other players in Vietnam’s dairy market is just in comparison. The study strongly emphasizes introducing necessary measures to improve the current situation of Vinamilk, increase the company’s real power, then strengthen its position in Vietnam’s dairy market.
