5 Establishment, Revision, and Abolition
(1) All items related to these Guidelines are examined by a Working Group consisting of representatives of experts from respective divisions of Companies under the Product Chemical Substance Management Committee, approved by the Product Chemical Substance Management Subcommittee, and authorized by the Director of Quality & Environment Division.
(2) In case a requirement arises for revision or abolishment of these Guidelines, a request shall be submitted to the Product Chemical Substance Management Subcommittee or the secretariat of the Product Chemical Substance Management Committee.
(3) These Guidelines shall be discussed and reviewed periodically (once a year) by the Working Group. In the following cases, however, the secretariat will review and obtain approval from the Product Chemical Substance Management Subcommittee for revisions.
1) When the need arises for reflecting a change in social trends such as law amendments
2) When the need arises for reflecting a progress in technological trends (alternative technologies, assessment technologies), threat-related data, exposure data, and risk assessment data,etc.

(1) Tất cả các mặt hàng liên quan đến Hướng dẫn này được kiểm tra bởi một nhóm công tác bao gồm đại diện của các chuyên gia từ các bộ phận tương ứng của công ty theo các chất hóa học sản phẩm Ủy ban Quản lý, bởi các chất hóa học sản phẩm Quản lý Tiểu ban phê duyệt và ủy quyền của Giám đốc Chất lượng & Môi trường Division.
(2) trong trường hợp yêu cầu phát sinh để sửa đổi hoặc bãi bỏ các quy phạm, yêu cầu phải được gửi đến các chất hóa học sản phẩm Quản lý Tiểu ban hoặc ban thư ký của chất hóa học sản phẩm Ủy ban quản lý.
( 3) Hướng dẫn này sẽ được thảo luận và xem xét định kỳ (mỗi năm một lần) do Tổ công tác. Trong các trường hợp sau đây, tuy nhiên, Ban thư ký sẽ xem xét và được sự chấp thuận từ các hóa chất Sản phẩm chất quản lý Tiểu ban để sửa đổi.
1) Khi có nhu cầu để phản ánh sự thay đổi trong xu hướng xã hội như sửa đổi luật
2) Khi có nhu cầu để phản ánh một tiến bộ trong các xu hướng công nghệ (công nghệ thay thế, công nghệ đánh giá), dữ liệu liên quan đến mối đe dọa, dữ liệu tiếp xúc, và các dữ liệu đánh giá rủi ro, vv.
