Article 148. Plan for labor safety and hygiene
Each year, upon making plan for production and business, the employer must make a plan and measures for the labor safety and hygiene and improve the working conditions.
Article 149. Means of personal protection in labor
1. The employee who performs work with the toxic and dangerous factors shall be fully equipped with the means of personal protection by the employer and must use them during the working process in accordance with the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and society.
2. The means of personal protection must meet the standard of quality
Article 150. Training on labor safety and hygiene
1. The employer, person performing work of labor safety and hygiene must take part in a training course on the labor safety and hygiene and is examined, tested and granted certificate performed by the organization of training service operation on labor safety and hygiene.
2. The employer must organize the training on labor safety and hygiene to the employee, trade apprentice, trainee upon recruitment and personnel arrangement; making guidance of regulations on labor safety and hygiene to the person visiting and working at the facility under the scope of management of the employer.
3. The employees performing work with strict requirements on labor safety and hygiene must attend a training course of labor safety and hygiene, taking examination and receiving the certificate.
4. The Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs stipulates the conditions of the organization of training service operation on labor safety and hygiene; building a framework program of training on labor safety and hygiene; the list of work with strict requirements on labor safety

Điều 148. Kế hoạch an toàn lao động và vệ sinh
Mỗi năm, khi lập kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh, sử dụng lao động phải thực hiện một kế hoạch và biện pháp về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh và cải thiện điều kiện làm việc.
Điều 149. Phương tiện bảo vệ cá nhân trong lao động
1 . Các nhân viên thực hiện công việc với các yếu tố độc hại và nguy hiểm được trang bị đầy đủ các phương tiện bảo vệ cá nhân bằng cách sử dụng lao động và phải sử dụng chúng trong quá trình làm việc theo quy định của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và xã hội.
2. Các phương tiện bảo vệ cá nhân phải đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng
Điều 150. Đào tạo về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh
1. Các nhà tuyển dụng, người thực hiện công tác an toàn lao động và vệ sinh phải tham gia một khóa học đào tạo về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh được kiểm tra, kiểm nghiệm và cấp giấy chứng nhận do tổ chức hoạt động dịch vụ đào tạo về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh.
2. Các dụng lao động phải tổ chức huấn luyện về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh cho người lao động, người học nghề, thực tập sinh sau khi tuyển dụng và bố trí nhân sự; làm hướng dẫn các quy định về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh cho người đến thăm và làm việc tại các cơ sở thuộc phạm vi quản lý của chủ nhân.
3. Các nhân viên thực hiện công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh phải tham dự một khóa học đào tạo về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh, dùng kiểm tra và nhận được giấy chứng nhận.
4. Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội quy định các điều kiện của tổ chức hoạt động dịch vụ đào tạo về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh; xây dựng chương trình khung đào tạo về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh; danh sách các công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động
