In 2014, HBA completed the design consultancy contract for Vietinbank staff housing project in Hanoi. Upon the fixed construction costs and strict design requirements, HBA succeeded in consultancy, overcame procedures of verification and approval and fulfilled the role of a construction supervisor in accordance with the investor’s requests.
Ensure the supply of goods and equipment on schedule and according to the quality requirements of construction sites and departments, including the supply of sample materials for customers to select and approve. Over
5,000 requests for materials supply from construction sites were handled in 2014, which achieved the cost effectiveness and time requirement. As a result, it contributed to meet project schedules, improve the efficiency and enhance credibility of the company.

with required regulations and procedures in order to ensure quality requirement of construction sites and departments with the most reasonable price.
u Negotiate, conclude, sign
and implement contracts and orders; perform the inspection and confirmation of payment documents adequately and promptly in accordance with the agreements, commitments in contracts/orders with suppliers, contributing to improving the Company’s reputation towards the suppliers.
u In the difficult context of materials supply, while market price constantly fluctuated,
HBC still kept expanding its cooperation and building tighter relationships with over 900 domestic and foreign suppliers in different fields.
u In 2015, Materials Department will strive to complete the objectives: to ensure supply of quality materials on time, save costs for site budgets, thereby improving the overall economic efficiency of the company, with the following specific measures:
u Develop a team of strategic suppliers with reasonable price policies and abundant materials that meet the purchasing progress of HBC.
u Ensure stability in supplying goods to produce the highest effectiveness.
u Complete purchasing management system PwC to generate equitable purchasing strategies in order to save costs.
