Compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus 3 has a more refined, all-aluminum design and the NFC and quick charging features that were lacking in last year’s OnePlus 2. The company says its Dash Charge feature will provide up to 60 percent charge in just 30 minutes, and allows you to play games and do other intensive tasks while fast charging. The device will be available in two colors: graphite grey and gold. But the biggest change for this year’s phone is that you’ll be able to buy it right away and won’t have to go through an unorthodox invite system to get it. Pei says that there is plenty of stock available at launch and that the website will give customers realistic shipping times when that stock is depleted. Interested customers will be able to demo the device at four pop-up locations throughout the world, including New York, London, Paris, and Berlin.
