5.3 Agent shall pay RDC in advance

5.3 Agent shall pay RDC in advance not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Start Date of the Course the full amount due from the Vietnam participants. If the Agent is required under applicable laws to withhold or deduct taxes on any payment to be made to RDC, then the amount payable shall be increased by the amount that will result in RDC receiving a net payment in the amount it would have received absent such withholding tax or deduction.
5.4 The prices mentioned are only valid for the contents of the subject Course at the date of this Agreement. Any subsequent change to such contents due to any requirements of any airline or any regulatory authority shall result in an amendment in such prices, taking into account the nature and extent of such changes. The amended rates shall become effective per the date such changes materialize and a minimum of 3 (three) month’s notice is given to the Agent.
5.5 Unless specifically stated otherwise, all amounts set forth in this Agreement are stated in, shall be invoiced and paid in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and shall be paid without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition.
