“For a dancer, you are pretty clumsy aren’t you?” the handsome boy in front of him muttered softly at the blushing blond.



“You know that I dance?” Eunhyuk asked haltering a little because the boy was indeed extremely handsome and the fact that he was gay and having a hot guy smiling at him made him more than a little flustered.



Kyuhyun smiled wider when he saw Eunhyuk blush more. To him, Eunhyuk looked a little like a strawberry caramel lollipop…all pink and cream coloured with the blushing cheeks and the blond hair. “Yes I saw you dancing at the park sometimes.”



Eunhyuk blinked up at Kyuhyun, surprised that someone had been watching them and that he was remembered even. And that smirk-y smile and the way the boy had moved closer was not helping him get his thoughts in order. He quickly pulled himself out of his unrealistic daydream and smiled at the handsome boy, “Sorry. I haven’t introduced myself. I am Eunhyuk. I just transferred here today.” He said as he smiled up at Kyuhyun.



“I know.”



“Eh? How?” a blink or two.



“Because I am in the same class as you.” Kyuhyun answered, smiling as he watched the flustered boy flail around a little in embarrassment.



“I’m sorry. I just…I didn’t know.” Kyuhyun chuckled at the light pout on Eunhyuk’s lips as he once again looked down and started paying with his fingers.



“It’s okay. I am Kyuhyun by the way. Nice to meet you.” Kyuhyun said as he extended his hand, smiling once more when Eunhyuk looked up at him and then down at his hand. He clasped their hands together and shook it almost vigorously.



“Nice to meet you too.” Then there was a toothy gummy smile and wrinkling eyes and Kyuhyun decided that falling in love wasn’t so bad at all. Especially not with Eunhyuk.



It wasn’t like he would ever find out or anything. So Kyuhyun was safe…he wouldn’t be hated and despised for loving someone he shouldn’t be in love with.

After that the two became exceptionally close, so much so that people considered Eunhyuk, Kyuhyun’s other best friend apart from Siwon. It was common to see them together. Eunhyuk had also joined the dance club of his new school and would sometimes stay behind to practice their new routines for upcoming dance competitions and festival concerts and Kyuhyun would wait for him diligently and when Kyuhyun had long student council meetings, it would be Eunhyuk’s turn to wait and the two would walk home together.



Kyuhyun had also gotten to know Eunhyuk’s family. There was his mother and father who were currently away from home due to his fathers’ transfer and thus resulting in Eunhyuk living with his two older brothers, Heechul and Jaejoong who loved to pamper and baby him to no end but could turn into the devil himself if things didn’t go the way they wanted it to go, like for instance when Kyuhyun had stayed for dinner one time, Eunhyuk had tried to hide all the vegetables in his plate and feed it to his and his hyung Jaejoong’s dog Choco and Hiro but Jaejoong had seen and had spent half an hour lecturing on the importance of vitamins and minerals and how eating vegetables were a must and if he dared to do it again, he would have nothing BUT vegetables for the next one month and no strawberry milk for two weeks.



Eunhyuk, after that, had finished all the greens in his plate and even showed the empty plate to his brothers accompanied by big puppy eyes that would probably melt the remaining glaciers in the Arctic – doesn’t seem to work on the hyungs though.



And to Kyuhyun, nothing or no one had been more cuter than the pouting monkey that was now smiling brightly after getting a nod of approval from Jaejoong and getting a glass of strawberry milk from Heechul, teeth and gums showing, showcasing little bits and pieces of green still stuck in between.



Kyuhyun was blind, yes. But then, he was also in love.



All three brothers were pretty but no one was prettier than Eunhyuk in Kyuhyun’s eyes. Eunhyuk shined. There was just something about him that called to Kyuhyun, that made him want to keep looking at him, that made him want to fall deeper and deeper in love.



And deeper he did fall…even though he knew it was wrong. He had tried to distance himself a little from the beautiful boy but try as he might, he would still find himself standing next to a smiling Eunhyuk and it drove him crazy to no end.



He didn’t want to love Eunhyuk…but he did.



He didn’t want to have his heart racing whenever he thought of Eunhyuk…but it did race…and he did think of Eunhyuk, more than what anyone could deem healthy.



It hadn’t been a problem before. Kyuhyun never expected the cute Blondie to be so close to him, to be his friend, to be in the same school and in the same class. So near that he could reach out and touch him whenever he wanted to. Having Eunhyuk there every day was slowly eroding his belief of what was wrong and what was right.



He knew that loving a man when he himself was one wasn’t normal. But then what was normal? Even psychology did not have a clear definition of ‘normal.’ Loving Eunhyuk was normal. As normal as it was to have a beating heart. As normal as it was to eat and drink to survive.



To Kyuhyun, loving Eunhyuk was as natural as breathing air.



But they were friends. Bestfriends. He wanted more though. He wanted so much more. However Kyuhyun was scared. He was scared that he would break his parent’s heart. He was scared of what people would think of them. He was scared of what he was becoming, a weak man who couldn’t even control his own heart’s yearnings. He was scared that Eunhyuk would one day hate him.



Bestfriends. Maybe that’s what they were meant to be.



A/N – It’s soft angst so far…isn’t that bad right?? Hihihi. Now go give me some lovin’ and comment! or upvote! lol...im feeling good today that i got some writing done....actually didnt expect to update this for a week or so!!

Chapter 16: I just read it in one go and I love it. I love the idea of jaejoong and heechul being hyukkie s brothers and sungmin, minho and siwon being his loyal friends. I also love his transformation to a gorgeous and tough hyukkie.

I have just a little to say to kyuhyun and that is your so pathetic!

Chapter 16: OK when I got to the last chapter after reading it straight I almost freaked out. This story is so good, and to think I'm a EunHae shipper. Lol
Anyways I can't wait till the next chapter and so far this story is upvote worthy, but I read the whole story first before upvoting.
