Please help me to announce this information to your Crew Trainer level / Managers.

We are opening 2 vacancy in Human Resource Department, based in Hochiminh City’s head office and looking for suitably high caliber internal candidates for the positions:

1. HR Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Engagement
Job Requirements: Internal Candidate at Shift Manager level and above are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum of 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition within a Multinational company
Strong influencing and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders
Excellent knowledge in e-recruitment tools and other recruiting channels
Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills
Team player and ability to work on own initiative
Confident yet sensitive approach to dealing with a wide range of colleagues
Fluent in English and Vietnamese

2. HR Assistant – Compensation & Benefit
Job Requirements: Internal Candidate at Crew Trainer level and above are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree holder with experience working with payroll processing and handling with social insurance bodies and tax agent
Great organisation skills and pay attention detailed
Good Team player and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience of handling sensitive information
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
