一．Processing range：
1. Hollow printing cylinder length is：300mm----1200mm。
2. The cylinder diameter is 140mm---- 400mm
二．The fix of cylinder：
1. Hollow cylinder is fixed by cone, the diameter of cone is φ110mm; the cone fit to hole of
φ50mm-φ100mm.
2. Clamp by tailstock movement automatically, clamp pressure can be make adjustment.
3. Cylinder drive controlled by 2.2kw motor and frequency conversion, the rotation speed range is
125-625 rpm/min.
三 .Polishing head：
1. Polishing head left-right movement is drived by 1.5kw stepless reducer screw transmission
2. Polishing fore-and-aft movement is controlled by reducer screw transmission with power 0.18k
w
3. Polishing head pressure is controlled by cylinder which can be adjustable
4. Polishing head liberation is controlled by 0.55kw motor and frequency conversion
5. Polishing band is controlled by ultra-low speed DC reducer with 0.06kw, with speed range
2.5-37.6mm/min
6. Spray washing the surface of cylinder
四 .Framework：
1. Main framework coated with anticorrosive paint。
2. Column guide roller with full closed and high precision
3. T-type screw transmission and screw with high precision

1. The reducer power of polishing head left-right movement is 1.5kw
2. The reducer power of polishing head fore-and-aft movement is 0.18kw。
