a global sales, marketing, and operations leader, I have built my career in numerous countries around the world (150+ and counting). My leadership skills revolve around motivating and inspiring my teams, identifying and acting on changes in the market, and recognizing areas for improvement to capture cost savings.

I am known as the leader you choose to "hit the ground running" when something needs to be built from the ground up. More than once in my career, I was given a blank slate and told to make it work. And that's exactly what I did - I became the cornerstone in very large markets which generated many billions of dollars for my employer.
