Ship Formalities

Procedures for ship formality are as following:

At the time the ship arrive to customs territory, cruise officer shall priorly inform cutoms officer in charge of ship formality.
When ship already landing in the port, cutoms officer in charge of ship formality and other relevant competent officers such as officer of autonomous port, immigrant police, quarantine officer, cruise officer, representative of transport company enter the ship and conduct the formalities.
Documents to be submitted by the crew master​ to relevant officers are:
Ship Report
Cargo Manifest
Crew Personal Effect
Crew List
Discharge List
Passenger List
Bill of loading
Ship rental contract
Ship registration certificate and other documents according to necessary case required by customs administration in order to implement customs measures.
After verification and if there is no irrigularity, customs officer finalize the formalities and record the date, sign and stamp on manifest. Then, send it to manifest management section.

Thủ tục tàu Thủ tục hình thức tàu như sau: Vào thời điểm con tàu đến nơi đến lãnh thổ hải quan, cán bộ hành trình sẽ ưu tiên áp dụng thông quan cutoms phụ trách tàu hình thức. Khi tàu đã hạ cánh tại cảng, cutoms viên phụ trách về hình thức tàu và khác . cán bộ có thẩm quyền liên quan như nhân viên của cảng tự trị, cảnh sát nhập cư, cán bộ kiểm dịch, nhân viên du lịch, đại diện của các công ty vận tải vào con tàu và tiến hành các thủ tục giấy tờ cần nộp bằng thạc sĩ phi hành đoàn cho các cán bộ liên quan là: báo cáo tàu Cargo Manifest Crew Hiệu lực cá nhân Danh sách Crew Danh sách Xả hành khách Danh sách Bill of tải thuê tàu hợp đồng giấy chứng nhận đăng ký tàu biển và các tài liệu khác theo trường hợp cần thiết theo yêu cầu của cơ quan hải quan để thực hiện các biện pháp hải quan. Sau khi xác minh và nếu không có irrigularity, công chức hải quan hoàn thiện các thủ tục và ghi ngày tháng, ký tên và đóng dấu trên manifest. Sau đó, gửi nó để biểu lộ phần quản lý.
