The report need to show with each sector, the data, customer information too. The data will be kept in database, and some IT project. The database will be summaries later.
According DPA 3:
- Data controller make sure the data hold in relevant. Tend to consider data be relevant for the purpose, this need to be describe in a privacy notice to the data subject and information for CBC.
- Data controller must ensure the data he hold is too much. If it's very much, must delete it.
- Data controller must establish if the data is relative to make decision. Why ? Becau depend on the data, and the data affect largely into make decision.
- Make sure CBC have a right information, it's enough important for decision making and protect individual CSA and hold it. It's ethical and legal responsibility for CSA and SAL, and data controller can keep data information.
