With regard to the appraisal of your cost estimation for Monitoring System, we still await your response

and then we remind you as follows:

1) MOT approved Original TOR, and did NOT approve Revised TOR.

2) MOT temporarily approve your cost estimation by 4,951810,590 VND equivalent to 26,368,500 JPY.

3) Your final cost estimation shall be same as original cost estimation as per Original TOR.

However, in your latest quotation including the appraisal fee, we found that you changed and raised the

Unit Prices of all the Equipment Cost from your original unit prices.

As described above, MOT temporarily approved your cost estimation based on Original TOR, and then

CIPM have requested you to submit your cost estimation with third party’s appraisal, which shall be

same as your submitted quotation before.

Please clarify the above ASAP and revise it accordingly.

We note that our employer has been suspending further payment of this work since you have not yet

replied about this matter.

Your prompt action would be highly appreciated.
