Computer trainers instruct new users on the latest

Computer trainers can expect to earn an annual salary of $25,000 to $50,500. However, salary is dependent
on experience and may vary drastically. Responsibilities typically include preparation of course materials,
grading coursework, and continuing education in the

Specialized and Utility Suites
Two other types of suites that are more narrowly focused are specialized suites
and utility suites.
• Specialized suites focus on specific applications. These include graphics
suites, financial planning suites, and many others. (Graphics suites will be
discussed in Chapter 4.)
• Utility suites include a variety of programs designed to make computing
easier and safer. Two of the best known are Norton SystemWorks and
