PROS AND CONS OF SOCIAL NETWORK

Morning everyone. I’m Cam Tien. I was born in Phu Yen provice but now living in Ho Chi Minh city. I’m a admistration marketing student at the industrial university of ho chi minh city. Today I would like to be talking about topic : Pros and cons of social network. So I’ll be addressing three main points. Fristly, I’ll go through the advantages of social network. Then, I’ll tell you about disadvantages and finally the last point is conclusions.
I would like to begin by advantages of social network. One cannot imagine a social life without facebook, twitter, skype or zalo… these portals have become our means to stay connected with friends and family, and stay in touch with the latest happening in the word. You can use social network for online sales network or play games with the application of it. You no longer need to go to a cinema to watch your favorite movie because you just download your favorite movie and watch it with social network. Next we come to disadvantage of social network.
While the social network has made life easier for people in many ways it is also reflecting an uglier side to its existence through a number of broblem that it has thrown up for its users. The use of social network often makes our personal informayion vulnerable to theft. The biggest problem with having the social network is, its ability to create rifts between the real and virtual world. The virtual world can often seem so alluring that once hooked , going back to real life seems daunting.
And finally, even though the social network has the potential to make our lives simple and convenient, it also holds the power to wreak havoc. Its influence on us is mostly dictated by the choices we make while being online. With prudent use, we can manage to harness its unlimited potential and steer clear of its adverse effects.
