(?) How do I manage my Pages and ad accounts using Business Manager?
You can only set up your Business Manager on Facebook if you're a manager of the Facebook Page associated with the business.
To set up Business Manager:
1. Click at the top right of any part of Facebook and select Create Business
2. Fill in this info about your business:
§ Business name: This can be your business name or another name that represents your business that other people and businesses will recognize.
§ Primary Facebook Page: This is the Page you want to represent your business on Facebook. This is how people will verify your business when you make requests for business assets. If you don't have a Facebook Page, you can create one by clicking Create New Facebook Page.
§ Category: Use the drop-down options to pick the category for your Business Manager.
Keep in mind that you can always update this info later in the General tab of your business settings.
3. Click Continue
4. Fill in this info to set up your name and email address for your business:
§ First Name and Last Name: The name you want everyone in your business to see.
§ Business Email Address: The email address you want to use for notifications about your business account. We recommend using your work email address. If your work email address is already associated with a "fake" account, please provide another personal email address associated with your real Facebook account.
5. Click Create Business

(?) What is my "primary Facebook Page" that I need to set up Business Manager?
Your primary Facebook Page is the Page that best represents the business you work for, and isn't a personal or client Page. This is the Page where other people and businesses will verify your business and is the Page you'll make business access requests through.
If your business doesn't have a public facing Facebook, you'll need to create a Facebook Page to set up Business Manager.
