In order to fulfill a strategy to have good and convenient access to the Unilever’s system of information and knowledge, I’m going to analyze a specific existing problem of my company and apply seven-step process listed as follow so as to help Unilever Company more and more developed in the future. 1. Problem situation: In Unilever Company, most employees seem not recently satisfied much working at the company. Besides that, the employees’ collaboration and union is reducing. Actually this existing problem arose is because of the feedback among the employees. 2. Analysis: Normally, the employees working in Unilever Company are able to do assessment to each other based on the delegation of each manager in different divisions. As for the managers, they will evaluate the performance through the responsibilities even though they have different responsibilities in various departments of Unilever Company. Because of this issue, it leads to many arguments and conflicts between them because some of people evaluate others’ performance based on the feelings, hatreds and personal matters. Hence, those assessments and feedbacks are not realistic and suitable. That’s why it causes the problems that are reducing the union and communication among the employees in the Unilever Company. 3. Root definition: Because of this issue, it makes the departments in Unilever not cooperate to each other effectively in achieving the collective goals of the organization. Especially, the employees are also not friendly, active and dedicated in working time. From these causes, it will make the departments work unproductive and ineffective. Moreover, it will reduce the success of the Unilever Company because the communication processes are not efficient.
