Strong functional and leadership competencies are demonstrated.SM – Solidly Meets – Results consistently MEET all of the position’s performance objectives. Functional and leadership competencies are solidly demonstrated. This recognizes Isagenix’ solid expectation of performance. PM – Partially Meets – Results ADEQUATELY meet some of but not all performance objectives. Some of the functional and leadership competencies are demonstrated. Results are GENERALLY acceptable but improvement is expected.DN – Does Not Meet – Results DO NOT meet the performance objectives or the requirements of the position. Functional and leadership competencies are inconsistent or not demonstrated. Consistent coaching & supervision is required. Improvement must occur.
