Tentative Audit Window Period – December 14 - 18, 2015

Estimated no. of Production Employees – 45

Estimated Audit Fee – USD 700 (Birgma will deduct the audit fee above from next purchase payment to supplier.)



Please kindly find the attached Audit Confirmation for further coordination, please kindly review and confirm the audit by sending the documents below to Kate Lai of Birgma Hong Kong at [e-mail] no later than October 28, 2015 (Wednesday).

Please be reminded that auditor will focus on, but not limited to, the CAP of findings from previous audit, if there are any new findings, they will be included in the re-audit report as well.
