Abstract Because of its high information intensity, strong
consistency and convenient visualization features,
building information modelling (BIM) has received
widespread attention in the fields of construction and
project management. However, due to large amounts of
information, high integration, the need for resource
sharing between various departments, the long
time-span of the BIM application, challenges relating to
data interoperability, security and cost all slow down the
adoption of BIM. This paper constructs a BIM cloud
storage concept system using cloud storage, an advanced
computer technology, to solve the problem of mass data
processing, information security, and cost problems in
the existing application of BIM to full life-cycle
management. This system takes full advantage of the
cloud storage technique. Achievements are reached in
four areas of BIM information management, involving
security and licensing management, file management,
work process management and collaborative
management. The system expands the time and space
scales, improves the level of participation, and reduces
the cost of BIM. The construction of the BIM cloud
storage system is one of the most important directions of
the development of BIM, which benefits the promotion
and further development of BIM to better serve
construction and engineering project management.

xây dựng mô hình thông tin (BIM) đã nhận được
sự chú ý rộng rãi trong các lĩnh vực xây dựng và
quản lý dự án. Tuy nhiên, do một lượng lớn
thông tin, hội nhập cao, nhu cầu về tài nguyên
chia sẻ giữa các phòng ban khác nhau, dài
thời gian từ các ứng dụng BIM, những thách thức liên quan đến
khả năng tương tác dữ liệu, an ninh và học phí tất cả làm chậm
áp dụng BIM. Bài viết này xây dựng một đám mây BIM
hệ thống khái niệm lưu trữ sử dụng lưu trữ đám mây, một tiên tiến
công nghệ máy tính, để giải quyết các vấn đề của khối dữ liệu
chế biến, bảo mật thông tin, và các vấn đề chi phí trong
các ứng dụng hiện tại của BIM để cuộc sống-chu kỳ đầy đủ
quản lý. Hệ thống này có đầy đủ lợi thế của
kỹ thuật lưu trữ đám mây. Thành tựu đạt được trong
bốn lĩnh vực quản lý thông tin BIM, liên quan đến
an ninh và quản lý cấp phép, quản lý tập tin,
quản lý quá trình làm việc và hợp tác
quản lý. Mở rộng hệ thống thời gian và không gian
quy mô, cải thiện mức độ tham gia, và làm giảm
chi phí của BIM. Việc xây dựng các đám mây BIM
hệ thống lưu trữ là một trong những hướng quan trọng nhất của
sự phát triển của BIM, mà lợi ích thúc đẩy
và phát triển hơn nữa của BIM để phục vụ tốt hơn
xây dựng và quản lý dự án công trình.
