The International Sale Contract is

The International Sale Contract is the most used among those governing trade relations
between companies in different countries. This agreement sets out the rights and
obligations of the parties (exporter-seller and importer-buyers) and the remedies for
breach.
This contract is greatly influenced by the United Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods (CISG), widely accepted by lawyers of different traditions and
backgrounds. It articulates practical requirements arising from commercial practice with
the general rules of CISG. Besides CISG, other sources of uniform contract law used in
drafting this contract are the following: Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods
(ULIS), UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts and the Principles of
European Contract Law.

Hợp đồng Mua bán Quốc tế là sử dụng nhiều nhất trong số những điều chỉnh quan hệ thương mại
giữa các công ty ở các nước khác nhau. Thỏa thuận này đưa ra các quyền và
nghĩa vụ của các bên (nhà xuất khẩu và nhập khẩu-bán-mua) và các biện pháp khắc phục
vi phạm.
Hợp đồng này chịu ảnh hưởng rất nhiều bởi các Công ước Liên hợp về Hợp đồng Mua
bán Hàng hóa Quốc tế (CISG), được chấp nhận rộng rãi bởi luật sư của các truyền thống khác nhau và
nguồn gốc. Nó nói lên yêu cầu thực tế phát sinh từ thực tiễn thương mại với
các quy tắc chung của CISG. Bên cạnh đó CISG, các nguồn khác của pháp luật hợp đồng thống nhất sử dụng trong
việc soạn thảo hợp đồng này như sau: Luật thống nhất về bán Quốc tế Hàng

Luật Hợp đồng Châu Âu.
