The solar energy is a kind of radiation energy, which is immediacy and intermittent and unreliability, leading to instability of the heating system and making the temperature of evaporator changes greatly which has a great influence on the performance and lifetime of the system. Inorder to ensure the stability of the system and improve the lifetime of the heating system, two kinds of operation mode is designed as following:The running mode of daytime: The valve V1, V2 is opened and the V3, V4, V5, V6, V7, V8 is closed and the two circulating pumps is opened. The heat storage tank of the system connects to the evaporator of heat pump system, and the solar energy serves as the heat source of evaporator of the heating system. The running mode of cloudy or night: The valve V1, V2 is opened and the V5, V6, V7, V8 is closed and left side circulating pump is closed and right side circulating opened. The heat storage tank connects to the evaporator of heat pump system, and the heat storage tank serves as the heat source of evaporator of the system. The control methods of automatic start-stop of the heat storage tank are as follows: Settingthe control temperature of heat storage tank between 10 and 20ć.The valve V3, V4 are opened when the temperature is below 10ć and the valve V3, V4 are closed when the temperature is above 20ć. In the two running modes of the heat pump system, the gas not only provides the energy to driving the system,but also provides part of the heat needed for heating by using the exhaust heat recovery to recover part of the waste
heat. In running mode 2, because of backwater bypassing, the temperature of evaporator of the heat pump is
improved and the temperature of the condensation can be reduced, which is beneficial to improving the COP of the
system and the heating supply capacity of the system [4].
