I would first like to thank you for purchasing this
course, as well as RJ for giving me the opportunity
to share my strategy with you. It means a lot for
me to share my experience and knowledge with
you, so that you can benefit from it in a BIG way.
I want to first start off with how I met RJ and why
we decided to team up on this product. In April
of 2014, I decided to take my talents to Southern
California after living in Orlando, FL for 4 years.
I had built up a 7 figure marketing agency from the ground up, but I was burnt out
from working in the office every single day of the week and dealing with clients.
Don’t get me wrong, I had stability and was making good money, but I was not
satisfied and felt shackled. Hopefully, you will be able to identify with me on how
draining it is on your mindset and mentality when you are doing something that you
really don’t enjoy, and are not able to leverage your true potential and talents.
So I decided to move all the way across the country to San Diego, because I needed
a change and needed to grow. After a long 35 hour drive over the course of 3 days,
I arrived.
With No Job, No Relationships, and No Family.
I was all by myself and there was no turning back at this point.
Knowing that RJ lived in San Diego (because I saw him on a leaderboard when we
were promoting the same affiliate offer), I decided to reach out to him via every
method I could, to let him know that I just moved to San Diego. I didn’t expect a reply.

To my surprise, after I explained how my passive income method was putting me
on the leaderboard next to him, he graciously invited me to his home where he was
having a BBQ with some of his friends and business associates. From that day on, we
continued to build upon our relationship and talked about some of the

building & ranking websites very easy, scalable, and sustainable.
