We have a list of comments/requests for clarification regarding your pricing proposal/BoQ for Danang fit-out works project.

FIT-OUT WORKS/PART 1 - CONSTRUCTION

(1) Item 10: Mobile wall sliding staking (W09)
Our question: What is the brand name of this movable door. Are finishes included in this cost item?

FIT-OUT WORKS/PART 2 - CONSTRUCTION CARPETING FLOORS, FLOORING

(2) Have item 11 and 12 included the cost for tac-tile?

(3) The following costs are missing in your BoQ:
-Cost for replacing door hardware to Lockwood
-Cost for graphic works
-Cost for re-arranging ceiling to match with new configuration
-Cost for installing roller blinds

FURNITURE WORKS

(3) General comment: Please add furniture codes which match OUT-2 drawings, for all items

(4) Please clarify if item 3 is reception counter or "Bench"

(5) Item 8:Please clarify if Young and Green will purchase this item from the vendor with details specified in RMIT Vietnam's RFT documentation or Young and Green will make this item on its own. Please provide Young & Green's drawing for this item if the later case is correct.

(6) Items 9 and 10: Please clarify if powder coated finish has included in this cost item.

(7) Control station is missing in the BoQ. Please provide price for this.

(8) Items 25-29: Our requirement of brand name for doors are Lockwood (not Hafele). Please revise accordingly. Also please separate cost for the door itself and door hardware for each of this items.

(9) Door type 06 is missing. Please refer to our Addenda package.
