All the taxes and fees arising outs

All the taxes and fees arising outside VietNam which is related to the Contract and the Seller’s obligation (if any) shall be paid by the Seller.
4.2. All charges relating to changing method and conditions of payment (in or out of Vietnam) according to requirement of the buyer/seller shall be paid by the fault party.
4.3 All the taxes and fees arising in VietNam which is related to the Contract and the Buyer’s obligation (if any) shall be paid by the Buyer.
4.4. Although all the goods have been delivered to the Buyer, the Seller is further on responsible for all damages and/or loss of the goods arising from the Seller’s fault such as defective marking of the cases and/or addressing.

Tất cả các loại thuế và lệ phí phát sinh ngoài Việt Nam có liên quan đến các hợp đồng và nghĩa vụ của người bán (nếu có) sẽ được trả bởi người bán.
4.2. Tất cả các chi phí liên quan đến việc thay đổi phương thức và điều kiện thanh toán (trong hoặc ra khỏi Việt Nam) theo yêu cầu của người mua / bán sẽ được thanh toán do bên có lỗi.
4.3 Tất cả các loại thuế và lệ phí phát sinh tại Việt Nam có liên quan đến các hợp đồng và các nghĩa vụ của người mua (nếu có) sẽ được trả bởi người mua.
4.4. Mặc dù tất cả các hàng hoá đã được chuyển giao cho người mua, người bán hơn về trách nhiệm cho mọi thiệt hại và / hoặc mất mát của hàng hoá phát sinh từ lỗi của người bán là như đánh dấu khiếm khuyết trong các trường hợp và / hoặc giải quyết.
