The IASB is overseen by the Interna

The IASB is overseen by the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation,
which has 19 trustees who appoint the members of the IASB, establish the budget, and monitor the IASB ’ s progress. The IASB is advised by the Standards Advisory Council, which is composed of about 50 members representing organizations and individuals with an interest in international fi nancial reporting.
