I had a very late start to the day

I had a very late start to the day but I am not going to tell you what time I got out of bed because I am sure you would think I was a very lazy man. I am sorry I couldn’t talk with you much last night but I was very tired. I actually fell asleep while I was typing my email to you on my iPad. Even my 2 cats were very tired and there was no banging on my door to wake me up to get their breakfast this morning. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have someone get me my breakfast. That is one of the things I like about travelling – you just go down to breakfast, eat what you like and then you don’t have to even clean up after yourself.

After breakfast I went outside. Even though it is quite cold it is still a nice day. When I was outside I saw that one of the cows in the paddock next door to me had broken down my fence. The cows are very naughty because they try and lean over the fence to eat the grass in my yard. They must have tried to do that last night because the fence was broken so I have spent the last hour and a half fixing it. Part of the fence has barbed wire which is very strong but it has sharp spikes on it to keep the cows out. One length of barbed wire was broken and it is really hard to fix when it is broken. I managed to fix it but I have a few cuts on my hand now. It always happens when you are using barbed wire. I don’t like it.

How was your night last night after I went to sleep? You still probably spent another 2 or 3 hours at Y Le Spa after my last email to you. Even though our days are mostly the same and are sometimes a bit boring, especially for you if you have no customers, I still like to hear what you have been doing. Sometimes, too, I really miss you a lot – like last night – and it is nice just to talk with you. You probably gathered that from the emails I sent to you yesterday and last night. AND, I really loved the photo of you that you sent to me. You look beautiful in that photo.

I am not sure what I am going to do for the rest of the day. I have lots of things to do – mainly business emails and I have to make some tickets for our Gold Project– but I will probably leave all of that until tomorrow. I will go for my walk this afternoon and I have to put some new registration plates on my old Jaguar. I think you have registration plates on your motorbike. Do you have to pay a fee to the government each year to use your motorbike? In Australia it costs about $900AUD each year to register a car and this includes a special insurance to cover any passengers in your car who might get hurt if you have an accident. I am not sure what it costs to register a motorbike each year. My Jaguar because it is very old is registered as an Historic Vehicle so it only costs $93AUD a year to register it and this includes the special insurance for the passengers. The only thing is though, you can only use your old car for no more than 60 times a year. If you want to use it for more than the 60 times – like you wanted to drive it every day – then you would have to pay the $900 fee. My Jaguar was insured that way but I don’t use it all that often so I decided to go with the Historic Vehicle fee of $93 AUD. It is a big saving.

Now, your crazy letters which are driving me CRAZY. MDEGTSWHTWMTIHHAT. I am really struggling BUT I AM NOT QUITE READY TO GIVE UP. And, your clues are not helping me one little bit.
