Information technology (IT) implementation research indicates that organizational use of IT applications depends notonly on organizations’ beliefs, attitudes, and intentions butalso on their strategies, policies, and actions (Bhattacherjee1998). To address this issue, the current research attempts toexamine the effects of two organizational factors—marketorientation and learning orientation—on the utilization ofthe Internet and knowledge internalization.
