SURVEY & STAKING Buyer acknowledges that she is hereby advised by the Broker to have a survey and boundary staking performed prior to closing to detect the true location of the boundaries and any encroachments or discrepancies that may affect the property. Survey is the only way you can be sure of the location of the lot and its improvements. It is further advised that the Buyer have the surveyor provide a plot plan showing the boundaries of the property, alone does not verify anything more than that there are boundary pins in the ground that correspond to what should be the boundary of the lot. Staking does not locate encroachments either by your property or improvements or the adjoining properties and does not guarantee the physical location of the lot. Hawaii Real Estate Group LLC and its agents make no representation, guarantees, or warranties regarding the actual boundary location of the subject property and/or the lack of encroachments.
