• By using the consulting solution and certify the employee by sending them to training courses, it gains the knowledge of employees in safety in work place, and the environmental, improving the knowledge is the best way to reduce and avoid the risky.
• The practice test that collaborates between the Hue Brewery and third party company makes the situation more seriously, because it shows how the employee apply what they’ve learned and use it in the real situation.
Besides, Hue Brewery should management and monitoring health and safety procedures. They need to be updated and changed when accidents happen, the need to constantly update the policies and procedures on health and safety at work, the person responsible for implementing this policy should be regularly updated during the training process.
