Consumer Fee – remuneration of the

Consumer Fee – remuneration of the Company charged from a Sender for money
transfer services provided at the Sender’s request. The Consumer Fee is not included into the
Transfer Amount, except as expressly provided by the Offer, when the Consumer Fee is not
charged from a Sender and the remuneration of the Company is paid by the Payment Center.
