In the morning of 4th Sep, 2015 CECO and Operators of SA Unit did pressure survey after run Start-up Fan 20-C401 and the result show in Attachments. Base on the result and under witness of CECO-TTCL-Owner, Heat exchanger 20-E305 and 5th Bed of Converter 20-R301 were opened and found that a lot of damaged catalyst in all of two equipment. Also base on the pressure survey result, you could see that pressure of gas phase through 20-E306 are suddenly increase higher than pressure go out from 3rd Bed of Convertor. So CECO propose next step for finding out the problems are do Hydraulic Pressure Test for 20-E306 on 05th Sep, 2015.

Sáng ngày 04 tháng chín năm 2015 CECO và khai thác của SA Đơn vị đã làm cuộc khảo sát sức ép sau khi chạy Start-up Fan 20-C401 và các chương trình kết quả trong File đính kèm. Căn cứ vào kết quả và dưới sự chứng kiến của CECO-TTCL-Chủ đầu tư, trao đổi nhiệt 20-E305 và giường ngủ thứ 5 của Chuyển đổi 20-R301 được mở ra và thấy rằng rất nhiều chất xúc tác bị hư hại trong tất cả của hai thiết bị. Ngoài ra căn cứ vào kết quả điều tra áp suất, bạn có thể thấy rằng áp lực của pha khí thông qua 20-E306 được đột nhiên tăng cao hơn so với áp lực đi ra từ giường ngủ thứ 3 của Convertor. Vì vậy, CECO đề xuất bước tiếp theo cho việc tìm kiếm các vấn đề là làm thử nghiệm áp suất thủy lực cho 20-E306 trên 05 Tháng Chín, 2015. Vui lòng xem xét và đề xuất các ý tưởng của bạn để tiếp tục thảo luận và hành động.
