Hi Ngoc,

I hope this email finds you well; sorry say but I wish to make a formal complaint about the standard of Customer Service from your Security Guards at the Exit Gate of QTSC, again.

I have been working at QTSC for the past 2 1/2 years and have always contributed in a positive way to ensure both QTSC and Glandore Systems is a positive place to work; what I won’t tolerate is the behaviour of people who purposely set out to bring a negative vibe to a great place for people to work and this is perpetuated by your Security Guards at the gates into and out of the QTSC area. I understand the Security Guards need to stop and log Taxi services other than MaiLinh Taxis who exit QTSC with passengers as you have an arrangement with MaiLinh. I don’t understand how these Security Guards behaviour is condoned by their employer and tolerated by QTSC? I have been using Vinasun Taxi’s for years and will continue to do so as I see them as a premium service compared to MaiLinh based on quality, cleanliness and experience; when I exit QTSC the Security Guards will 70% of the time stop the taxi, if they feel like it; sometimes its raining or too hot to come out of the Guard House; other times they just can’t be bothered and take an adhoc approach to the job they are supposedly doing; I dislike such attitude as they may apply this to everything else they are expected to do by you and the employer? When my taxi approaches the Guard House they have the attitude of total arrogance, pointing at the car to stop and yield at an exact point conducive to them and speak to my 2 drivers who I have used for 2 1/2 years with such attitude as if we are actually doing something wrong or committing a crime? These Security Guards are not much older then 17 or 18 years old and show no respect for my driver, myself or for their job which is of concern and I won’t tolerate this behaviour; they need to show some customer service and respect not the attitude of wilfulness they currently show now.

I am very unhappy that these ‘boys’ feel they have the right to act like this when their last job was probably parking bikes in a supermarket yet they are now charged with the responsibility of ensuring safety and security at Vietnams largest Technology Park with absolutely no Customer Service skills; these Security Guards need to take this job seriously and ensure they give proper and courteous service not the arrogance they seem to show overtime I pass through the gates.

I would be happy to met and discuss and say something to them too; yesterday 3 of them argued with my driver that he could not stop in QTSC and wait for me which at times he has to do. Please sort this out soon.
