Following the worker and supervisor

Following the worker and supervisor surveys undertaken by Elevate at your factory we would like to hold a follow up and training workshop on Thursday 24th September. The day will be split between group sessions and individual discussions with each factory. No factory specific information will be shared in the group session. In advance of this event you will receive a copy of the report for your factory.

We would like to invite between 3 and 5 representatives from each factory to attend this workshop; suggested attendees would be:
• General Manager with power to make decisions/changes but not necessarily the top management
• Production manager
• HR manager
• CSR specialist

To make the best use of the day we would like attendees to respond to a short survey, to help us plan the day and send the survey please can you provide the information below for each attendee by the 4th September 2015.
